Steel Dock Boards, Truck Boards & Portable Dock BoardsSupporting the Material Handling Industry
Brazos steel truck dock boards start at 10,000 lbs capacity and go to 60,000 lbs capacity. They are all welded for greater durability and carrying capacities. A smoother transition onto and off of the board using solid tired forklift trucks is possible due to the beveled diamond deck plate edges front and rear. Formed curbs serve as run-off protection without chinking out the tire material.
Heavy Duty Dock Boards
Brazos builds the 10,000 lb capacity and the 13,000 lb capacity #BSB dock boards standard with fixed lock legs and lifting chains in lieu of locking pins.
These dock boards are typically used in warehouse or store environments where loads and equipment (pallet jacks) are in the 2,000# range and frequency of use would be considered occasional. Higher capacities or higher frequency of use would be better served with our BTB dock boards.

Extra Heavy Duty Steel Dock Boards
BTB dock boards rated from 15,000lb to 60,000 lb capacity have lifting loops and two pin positions blocks (with 4 holes each) and a single pin per side. That allows for safe servicing of a dock to truck application even if the truck is lower. Used in applications where forklift truck is primary equipment.
Combination Steel Dock Boards
Our BCB dock boards utilize a full length pin block and two locking pins on each side along with the heavy duty lifting loops. This configuration allows the dock board to work safely in odd dock to truck situations. Park-out or standoff situations where the trailer cannot park flush against the dock or must park at an angle are best served with the combo dock board.
